Composition for Letters
I am pleased to present my pieces in this exhibit, Composition for Letters. Every piece is an homage to color, simplicity, and organization, which are elements of my messages. They become characters or languages for the composition of letters.
Primary Colors — Yellow, Red, and Blue — might be visible and outstanding. However, my work is dominated by colors that are blended to be soothing or comforting. Even though the colors might be less noticeable, they become more approachable than the primary colors in my work.
Each piece also is simplified and organized to obtain wider empty space on the canvas and, therefore, only limited shapes or objects are allowed. The space itself is intentional - important and full of meaning. The limited shapes have been peacefully flown from top to bottom in order.
These messages are composed of my own characters and are sent out to the world and to myself.
